Liability intelligence for the Building Safety Act 2022

Nicholas asked me to build Building Safety Checker so leaseholders, landlords and investors can see who legally owes them for cladding remediation. I built the landing, scan flow and report experience using Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS.
Users can run a free risk scan and get a PDF report. I focused on making the Act easy to understand and the UI clear for people who are not lawyers.
Tadashi built Building Safety Checker for us — the landing, the scan flow, and a report that actually makes the Building Safety Act readable. Cladding liability is messy, and he still turned it into a product people can use in minutes. Fast, precise, and easy to work with. I already hired him again for Tropism, which should tell you enough.
